Skin overview

These gloves are recognised by the contrast of muted red scales against grey palms. Well-Worn copies show visible darkening on the knuckles, fingertips and cuff edges, giving them a rough, broken-in character. The overall colour scheme stays intact, so they still read as Dragon Fists at a glance.

Item type: gloves. Extraordinary is the gloves rarity: in cases they are the rare special item, above any weapon skin.

How the skin looks in Well-Worn

The back of each glove is covered in deep red leather with a reptile-scale texture that runs from the cuff down to the fingertips. The palms and the inner sides of the fingers are grey leather with rows of small perforations, and a gold honeycomb mesh panel sits at the base of the palm.

Wear spreads from the knuckles onto the raised scales of the back of the hand, breaking up the even red. The fingertips and cuff are clearly darkened, and the palms show visible dirt around the perforations. In game the gloves look rugged but the colour layout is still obvious. The gold mesh panel keeps its shape but looks dimmer.

Well-Worn quality β€” float range 0.38–0.45

The float of β˜… Driver Gloves | Dragon Fists ranges from 0.06 to 0.8; the Well-Worn quality covers 0.38–0.45 β€” 9% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

It is the rare special item of Sealed Dead Hand Terminal β€” knives and gloves drop far less often than the regular contents.

What to check before buying

  • Check where the float sits within the grade, since the difference between low and high floats is clearest in Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred.
  • Inspect the knuckles and fingertips first, as these areas show wear before the rest of the glove.
  • Look at the red scales from several angles in the inspect view to judge how even the colour is.
  • Gloves cannot take stickers or a name tag, so condition and float are the only factors to compare.

Who the Well-Worn quality suits

  • Players who like a broken-in, rugged look on their gloves.
  • Budget-minded buyers who still want the full red-and-grey scheme visible.
  • A good middle step between value and recognisable looks.
