This wear of ★ Flip Knife | Doppler (Phase 1) keeps the same dark Phase 1 palette of red, pink and violet marbling on the blade, set against the olive textured handle. At Minimal Wear the finish still reads as a full, saturated Doppler, with only faint marks that need a close look in inspect. It is the grade for a buyer who wants this phase without paying for the cleanest floats.
Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.
Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New.
How the skin looks in Minimal Wear
The finish covers only the blade: a dark marbled base glazed with wine red and magenta near the guard, shifting into blue and violet toward the swept tip. The marbling forms soft cloudy veins with darker patches, giving Phase 1 its mostly dark, moody look.
Small light specks can appear near the very tip and along the serrated spine. The main body of the blade keeps its full colour and marbling. At normal distance in game these marks are practically invisible, and the knife looks almost the same as a Factory New copy. The handle and the pivot area stay clean.
Minimal Wear quality — float range 0.07–0.08
The whole float range of ★ Flip Knife | Doppler Phase 1 is 0–0.08; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.08 segment (12% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Origin of the skin
It drops as a rare special item from:

- Chroma 2 Case (on sale since Apr 15, 2015)
- Chroma 3 Case

What to look at before you buy
- Confirm the phase in the listing, since Doppler phases differ only by blade colour.
- Look at the pattern in inspect, as the balance of dark areas, red and blue varies between copies.
- On Minimal Wear, check the tip and serrations for visible specks.
- Check the float position within the wear range if you want the cleanest look.
Who should buy Minimal Wear
- Players who want the look of Phase 1 in game without paying for the top grade.
- Buyers entering the Doppler line on a tighter budget.
- Conclusion: nearly the same look in game, with a saving over Factory New.
