The karambit knife originates from silat, a martial art in southeast Asia, and its blade resembles the shape of a tiger's claw. The knife is normally held in a reverse grip, with the index finger fitted through the finger ring. The karambit has been spray-painted with the use of mesh fencing and cardboard cutouts as stencils.
