Skin overview

The ★ M9 Bayonet | Doppler is recognised by its gradient blade of pink, purple and blue broken up by smoky black marbling. Minimal Wear keeps that look almost intact, with only small marks that need a close inspection to notice. It is the way to get the same colours and silhouette at a lower grade without visible damage in normal play.

Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New.

Appearance in Minimal Wear

The blade carries the full finish: a metallic gradient that moves from pink and red near the edge into purple and blue toward the spine and tip, overlaid with dark marbled smoke. The serrated spine, the hole in the blade and the long edge catch the colour as glossy highlights.

In Minimal Wear faint scratches can appear near the tip and on the teeth of the serrated spine, the parts that wear first. The rest of the blade keeps its gloss and the colour gradient stays fully readable. In game at normal distance these marks are practically invisible, and the knife looks the same as a cleaner copy. The guard, ring and grip remain clean.

Minimal Wear quality — float range 0.07–0.08

The whole float range of ★ M9 Bayonet | Doppler is 0–0.08; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.08 segment (12% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

What to look at before you buy

  • Look at the actual colour mix and marbling on the blade, since the pattern differs between copies and strongly affects the look.
  • Check where the float sits within the wear range, especially on Minimal Wear copies close to the upper edge.
  • Inspect the tip and the serrated spine for scratches, as these lose the coating first.
  • Note whether the copy is StatTrak™ and whether it carries a name tag you want to keep.

Who should buy Minimal Wear

  • Players who want the same colours and silhouette but do not need a perfect blade.
  • Buyers looking for an entry into this knife at a lower grade with almost no visible difference in game.
  • Conclusion: a practical option that keeps the look and saves on condition.
