Skin overview

This is the Phase 2 Doppler on the Nomad Knife: a pink-dominant marble with purple and lilac zones and dark smoky streaks, framed by a plain silver handle. Minimal Wear sits at the very end of a narrow float range, so the colour looks nearly the same as a fresh copy. Any marks are faint and usually limited to the tip and edge of the blade.

Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New.

How the skin looks in Minimal Wear

The blade carries the whole Doppler effect: a strong pink base with purple and pale lilac patches, crossed by dark red and black marble veins that look like smoke in water. The colour is strongest towards the tip and softens to a light violet near the bolster, where it meets the metal.

Minimal Wear may show light specks or a slight thinning of colour at the very tip and along parts of the cutting edge. The main body of the blade keeps its pink and violet marble without visible gaps. At normal viewing distance in game the difference from Factory New is hard to spot, and it shows mainly on close inspection. The handle frame and grip insert still look clean.

Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.08

The float of ★ Nomad Knife | Doppler Phase 2 ranges from 0 to 0.08; the Minimal Wear quality covers 0.07–0.08 — 12% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

It is the rare special item of Fever Case — knives and gloves drop far less often than the regular contents.

StatTrak™ version

This skin has a the StatTrak™ version with a kill counter.

What to look at before you buy

  • Compare the pattern on the screenshot, since the share of bright pink versus dark veins and purple zones differs from copy to copy.
  • Inspect the blade tip and cutting edge, where the coating breaks first.
  • For Minimal Wear, check how close the float is to Factory New, as low-float copies look almost identical to it.
  • Note whether the copy is StatTrak™ or carries a name tag, if that matters to you.

Who the Minimal Wear quality suits

  • Players who want the Phase 2 look and accept faint marks at the tip.
  • Buyers looking for a more accessible entry into this knife and phase.
  • Minimal Wear gives nearly the same colour in game with a small trade-off on close inspection.
