Show allAllSkin overview
This Doppler phase is recognisable by its cold blue blade with violet hints and smoky dark veins, set against a plain grey cord handle. In Minimal Wear the finish keeps its depth and shine, and any marks are fine and easy to miss during play. It offers the same colour scheme at a slightly more accessible grade.
Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.
Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New.
How the skin looks in Minimal Wear
The blade is covered in a blue candy coat with violet tints, marbled with dark smoky veins that spread across the flat and toward the tip. The cutting edge and parts of the flat turn lighter and almost icy, while the spine and the area around the slot cutout go darker navy.
Light scuffs may show near the tip and in places along the spine, mostly on copies closer to the top of the range. The main flat of the blade and the edge keep their colour and gloss. At normal viewing distance in game the difference from Factory New is hard to spot. The handle and pommel loop still look clean.
Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.08
The whole float range of ★ Paracord Knife | Doppler Phase 4 is 0–0.08; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.08 segment (12% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Origin of the skin
It drops from Fever Case as a rare special item.
StatTrak™ version
This skin has a the StatTrak™ version with a kill counter.
What to check before buying
- Look at the blade on the inspect screen, since the ratio of bright blue to dark swirls changes with the pattern.
- Check the tip and the spine closely, as these are the first places where the coating shows marks.
- Compare where the float sits within the wear range if you want the cleanest possible copy.
- Make sure the name tag or StatTrak™ status matches what you want, because both are fixed to the item.
Who should buy Minimal Wear
- Players who want the blue Doppler look and do not mind faint marks.
- Buyers who prefer to save a little on wear that is barely visible in game.
- In short, nearly the same look at a lower grade.
