Skin overview

This is the same dark Phase 1 marble on the slim double-edged Skeleton Knife blade, with pink, violet and blue flowing into each other along the spine holes and the ring. In Minimal Wear the finish keeps almost all of its colour depth, and the few marks it can have sit close to the tip and edges. For most buyers it looks the same as a fresh copy once the knife is in hand.

Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New.

Appearance in Minimal Wear

The blade is a symmetrical double-edged dagger with a central ridge, covered in a marbled pattern where pink and magenta dominate the middle and lower part while blue and violet take over toward the tip. Dark smoky streaks run through the colours, giving Phase 1 its heavier, shadowed look.

In Minimal Wear small, faint marks may appear on the tip and along the sharpened edges, where the coating is thinnest. The central ridge, the area around the spine holes and the ring stay clean and fully coloured. At normal viewing distance in game the difference from Factory New is very hard to notice. The black tape on the handle looks the same as on a fresh copy.

Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.08

The whole float range of ★ Skeleton Knife | Doppler Phase 1 is 0–0.08; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.08 segment (12% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Origin of the skin

It drops from Fever Case as a rare special item.

StatTrak™ version

This skin has a the StatTrak™ version with a kill counter.

What to check before buying

  • Look at the pattern placement, since copies differ in how much pink, blue and dark streaking covers the blade.
  • Check the float within the grade, because a low float keeps the tip and edges cleanest.
  • Inspect the tip and the sharpened edges on Minimal Wear copies for faint marks.
  • Decide whether a StatTrak™ counter or a name tag matters to you, as both versions can be found.

Who should buy Minimal Wear

  • Players who want the Phase 1 look in game without paying for a perfect coating.
  • Buyers who accept faint marks on the tip in exchange for a more accessible entry.
  • Conclusion: a practical way to get the same Doppler look with nearly no visible difference.
