Skin overview

The quilted white back and segmented knuckle padding make Pillow Punchers easy to recognise on the viewmodel. Minimal Wear keeps nearly the same bright look as the top grade, with only faint greying in the palm seams. For most players the difference from Factory New is hard to spot during a round.

Item type: gloves. Extraordinary is the gloves rarity: in cases they are the rare special item, above any weapon skin.

How the skin looks in Minimal Wear

The back of the hand is a white panel with diamond quilting, framed by a pale mint-grey edge and a raised padded strip near the wrist. The knuckles and fingers carry segmented white pads with grey grooves, and a printed lettering band runs across the knuckle area.

Light greying appears along the palm seams and at the fingertips. The back panel and the quilting remain clean and bright. At normal viewing distance the gloves look practically the same as Factory New. Only close inspection reveals the small marks on the palm side.

Minimal Wear quality β€” float range 0.07–0.15

The whole float range of β˜… Specialist Gloves | Pillow Punchers is 0.06–0.8; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.15 segment (11% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Origin of the skin

It is the rare special item of Sealed Dead Hand Terminal β€” knives and gloves drop far less often than the regular contents.

What to look at before you buy

  • On a white glove even small amounts of wear show, so compare the palm and fingertips on the inspect screenshots.
  • The Factory New range for these gloves is very narrow, so check whether a Minimal Wear copy with a low float already looks clean enough for you.
  • Look at the stitched seams and the quilted ridges, as grime collects there first.
  • Within worn grades, a float near the cleaner end of the range keeps the white noticeably brighter.

Who the Minimal Wear quality suits

  • Players who want a near-clean look without paying for the top grade.
  • Owners of light loadouts who rarely inspect the palm closely.
  • Conclusion: the most practical way to get a clean white glove.
