Skin overview

★ Bowie Knife | Gamma Doppler (Phase 3) is a large sawback knife with a marbled candy-coated blade in teal, blue and green, set off by a bright green guard and pommel. In Factory New the blade keeps its full gloss, so the smoky dark marbling and the pale blue highlights near the tip stay crisp. This grade suits buyers who want the phase colours exactly as the finish was meant to look.

Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear.

Appearance in Factory New

The blade carries the Gamma Doppler marbling: teal and sky-blue fields broken by darker smoky veins, shifting to green along the edge and towards the guard. Near the clip point the colour lightens to a pale, almost white blue, while the sawback teeth on the spine pick up deeper green and dark tones.

The candy coating is intact over the whole blade, from the pale tip to the green area by the guard. The sawback teeth and the cutting edge keep their colour without any thinning. In game the knife reads as a clean, glossy blue-green blade with sharp marbling. The green guard and pommel look as bright as on the preview.

Factory New quality — float range 0–0.07

The whole float range of ★ StatTrak™ Bowie Knife | Gamma Doppler Phase 3 is 0–0.08; Factory New takes the 0–0.07 segment (88% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

StatTrak™ version

This is the StatTrak™ version: the counter on the weapon shows confirmed kills. There is also the regular version without the counter.

What to look at before you buy

  • Check the float within its grade, since a low float keeps the tip and the sawback teeth fully coated.
  • Look at the pattern on the inspect screen, as the balance of blue, green and dark marbling differs between copies of this phase.
  • On Minimal Wear copies, inspect the tip and the spine teeth, where the first scuffs appear.
  • See whether the knife has a name tag and whether it is a StatTrak™ version, as both change what you are buying.

Who should buy Factory New

  • Collectors who want the Phase 3 colours with an untouched tip and sawback.
  • Players who look at their knife often and want the glossy finish at its best.
  • Conclusion: the choice for those who want the finish without compromise.
