Skin overview

★ Butterfly Knife | Gamma Doppler (Phase 1) pairs a marbled blade in blue, violet and teal-green with a black handle carrying bright green inlays. In Factory New the candy-coated finish looks deep and glossy, with sharp transitions between the dark marbling and the lighter colour patches. This is the grade for a buyer who wants the pattern exactly as intended, with no visible wear.

Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear.

Appearance in Factory New

The blade is covered in a marbled anodized finish: dark smoky veins run over patches of blue, violet and teal-green, with the colours shifting along the length of the blade towards the tip. In Phase 1 the cooler blue and violet tones dominate, while green appears as lighter flashes near the base and along the edge.

In Factory New the blade shows no visible wear: the marbling, colour patches and gloss are intact from the base to the tip. The green inlays on the handles look solid and evenly coloured, and the black parts keep a uniform finish. In game the knife reads as bright and saturated during flips and on inspect. Every part of the knife looks clean.

Factory New wear: float 0–0.07

The whole float range of ★ StatTrak™ Butterfly Knife | Gamma Doppler Phase 1 is 0–0.08; Factory New takes the 0–0.07 segment (88% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

What to check before buying

  • Look at the blade on inspect, since the balance of blue, violet and green varies between Phase 1 copies.
  • Check how much dark marbling covers the blade, as some patterns look darker overall than others.
  • Compare the float position within the grade if you want the cleanest tip and spine.
  • Note whether the copy is StatTrak™ or carries a name tag, as both change how the item is presented.

Who should buy Factory New

  • Collectors who want the Phase 1 marbling with no wear at all.
  • Players who inspect their knife often and want the most saturated colours.
  • The choice for a buyer who wants this knife in its cleanest form.
