Skin overview

This Classic Knife wears a forest-toned DDPAT: muted greens and browns broken into square pixels over a sandy base. In Minimal Wear the camo still looks complete, with only faint marks near the tip that are hard to spot outside close inspection. It keeps the clean look of the top grade while sitting a step lower in condition.

Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

Appearance in Minimal Wear

The blade is covered in a hydrographic digital camouflage: a sandy beige base broken by light green, darker green, olive-brown and pale cream pixel blocks. A narrow polished strip runs along the cutting edge, and the spine near the guard carries a row of serrations under the same camo.

Minimal Wear adds tiny scuffs near the tip and occasional light marks on the edge side of the blade. At normal viewing distance in game these are practically invisible, and the camo reads as complete. The flat of the blade, the serrations and the handle remain clean. Lower floats in this grade are very close to Factory New in look.

• Look at how the pixel clusters fall on the visible side of the blade, because placement varies between copies.
