Skin overview

This is the Emerald phase of Gamma Doppler on the Flip Knife: a single-colour green blade with cloudy marbling and green accents on the pivot and thumb stud. In Minimal Wear the colour keeps its depth, and any marks are small and sit mostly near the point and the edge. In normal play it reads as a clean emerald knife, so this grade is a reasonable way to own the phase.

Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New.

How the skin looks in Minimal Wear

The whole blade, including the serrated section near the base and the polished edge bevel, is coated in rich emerald green with darker marbled clouds that shift across the steel. The pivot screw, thumb stud and the liners peeking out at the butt carry the same green anodized tone.

Minimal Wear adds fine scratches near the point and small light marks along the cutting edge and the tips of the serrations. The spine can show a few tiny scuffs on higher-float copies. At normal viewing distance these marks blend into the marbling and are hard to spot. The middle of the blade, the handle and the green hardware stay clean.

Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.08

The float of ★ StatTrak™ Flip Knife | Gamma Doppler Emerald ranges from 0 to 0.08; the Minimal Wear quality covers 0.07–0.08 — 12% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

This is the StatTrak™ version: the counter on the weapon shows confirmed kills. There is also the regular version without the counter.

What to check before buying

  • Check where the float sits within the wear range, since the lowest values give the cleanest point.
  • Open the inspect view and look at the tip, the edge and the serrations, where marks appear first.
  • Compare the marbling on the specific copy, as the balance of dark veins and bright green differs between knives.
  • Note whether the copy is StatTrak™ and whether it carries a name tag you are happy to keep.

Who the Minimal Wear quality suits

  • Players who want the emerald look in game and do not mind tiny marks seen only in inspect.
  • Buyers looking for a more accessible entry into the Emerald phase.
  • Conclusion: nearly the same look in play at a less demanding grade.
