Show allAllSkin overview
Bright Water is a blue hydrographic camo on the Huntsman Knife, and in Field-Tested it starts to look used rather than fresh. Silver steel shows through along the cutting edge and around the tip, which fits the camouflage theme and does not break the overall blue tone. Many buyers see it as a sensible middle ground between appearance and cost of entry.
Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.
Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.
How the skin looks in Field-Tested
The blade, from the tanto point to the serrated spine, is covered in a blotchy camouflage of deep navy, medium blue and pale teal-grey, with light silver speckles near the tip and cutting edge that are visible even on a clean copy. The same print continues onto the finger guard with its lanyard hole, so the blue wraps around the front of the handle.
Silver steel becomes visible along the cutting edge and around the tip, and the first scratches appear on the sawback teeth. The guard rim may show light marks. In game the blade still reads as blue camo, with the worn edge visible when inspecting. The centre of the blade and the black grip remain clean.
Field-Tested wear: float 0.15–0.38
The whole float range of ★ StatTrak™ Huntsman Knife | Bright Water is 0–0.5; Field-Tested takes the 0.15–0.38 segment (46% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

What to check before buying
- Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since a copy near the cleaner end of its grade shows noticeably less steel at the edge and tip.
- Inspect the cutting edge, tip and sawback teeth, as these lose paint first on this finish.
- Look at how the dark and light blue patches fall on the blade, because the hydrographic placement shifts between copies.
- Decide whether you want a StatTrak™ version, since it exists for this knife and changes the offer you are comparing.
Who should buy Field-Tested
- Players who want a recognisable blue knife at a moderate entry point.
- Buyers who do not mind steel showing along the edge.
- A balanced option between looks and cost.
