Overview
★ Karambit in its vanilla form is the knife without any applied finish: bare polished steel on a curved blade and a dark textured grip ending in a finger ring. The blade's curve mimics a tiger's claw, and the knife is held in a reverse grip with the index finger through the ring. It has no wear grades, so every copy shows the same clean factory look.
This is the vanilla Karambit: the unpainted look of the item in CS2. Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.
The same quality also exists as the regular version.
Appearance
The blade is bare steel with a light satin polish that catches highlights along the inner curve and fades towards the darker spine. Near the base of the blade sits a small engraved marking, the only detail on the otherwise plain metal.
Origin of the skin

What to look at before you buy
- There is no float or pattern on a vanilla knife, so all copies look the same and only the extras differ.
- Check whether the offer is the StatTrak™ version if you want a kill counter on the knife.
- Look for a name tag, since a custom name stays on the item and may or may not suit you.
- Remember that stickers cannot be applied to knives, so the look stays as shown.
Who it suits
- Players who want the karambit's reverse-grip animations and silhouette without a bright finish.
- Collectors who prefer the plain factory look of the knife and do not want to worry about wear.
- A sensible way to own this knife model when the look of the steel itself matters more than a pattern.
- In short: a clean, unpainted karambit for those who value the shape over the colour.
