Skin overview

This is the Phase 3 version of the Doppler on the Karambit, built around cool blues with light, cloud-like streaks rather than warm tones. At Minimal Wear the marbled coating still covers the blade, with only slight thinning possible at the tip and along the cutting edge. In normal play it looks almost identical to a cleaner copy, which makes this grade a sensible way to own the same look.

Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New.

Appearance in Minimal Wear

The blade carries the full Doppler finish: a deep navy band along the spine that opens into bright blue and indigo marbling with pale, smoky white swirls across the flat. Closer to the guard the colour shifts towards a lighter teal-blue tint under the glossy candy coat.

At Minimal Wear small light marks can appear at the tip and along the cutting edge, and the outer edge of the ring may lose a little shine. The marbled pattern on the blade flat and the dark spine stay clean and saturated. At normal viewing distance in game these marks are practically invisible. The grip shows no change, as it has no finish to lose.

Minimal Wear quality — float range 0.07–0.08

The whole float range of ★ StatTrak™ Karambit | Doppler Phase 3 is 0–0.08; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.08 segment (12% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

StatTrak™ version

This is the StatTrak™ version: the counter on the weapon shows confirmed kills. There is also the regular version without the counter.

What to check before buying

  • Check where the float sits within the wear range, since cleaner copies keep the tip fully coloured.
  • Inspect the blade tip and cutting edge in the inspect view for small light marks.
  • Look at how much light white smoke versus deep blue appears on the blade, as the balance differs between copies.
  • Note whether the knife is StatTrak™ or carries a name tag, as both change its appeal for different buyers.

Who should buy Minimal Wear

  • Players who want the same blue marbled look while saving compared to a cleaner grade.
  • Buyers who mostly see the knife in motion and do not notice tiny marks on the tip.
  • A practical way to own the Phase 3 Karambit without paying for perfection.
