Skin overview

This Sapphire phase of the Navaja Knife keeps its main draw in this grade: a blade almost entirely in rich blue, with a dark marble texture and a violet touch at the tip. Minimal Wear on a Doppler sits right next to Factory New, so any marks are tiny and found only up close on the tip or the spine. For a buyer this is the same look in a slightly lower grade.

Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New.

Appearance in Minimal Wear

The blade carries the Sapphire colours: a deep, saturated blue with darker marbled swirls and a soft shift to violet near the tip and along the edge. The bolster and lock area are anodized in the same blue, with a silver pivot screw standing out against it.

Minimal Wear on this knife covers a very narrow range, so the difference from Factory New is small. Light scuffs can appear at the blade tip and along the spine, where bare metal may peek through in thin spots. The bolster edges may show slight wear, while the flat of the blade, the screw area and the handle stay clean. In game at normal distance the knife reads the same as a Factory New copy.

Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.08

The whole float range of ★ StatTrak™ Navaja Knife | Doppler Sapphire is 0–0.08; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.08 segment (12% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

StatTrak™ version

This is the StatTrak™ version: the counter on the weapon shows confirmed kills. There is also the regular version without the counter.

What to look at before you buy

  • Look at the float position within the range, since copies near the upper border of a grade can show marks on the tip.
  • Inspect the blade on the image or in game to see how the dark marbling and the violet tint are placed on your copy.
  • Check the blade tip and the spine closely, as they lose the coating first.
  • See whether the copy is StatTrak™ or carries a name tag, if that matters to you.

Who the Minimal Wear quality suits

  • Players who want the full Sapphire look in game and are fine with tiny marks seen only up close.
  • Buyers looking for a lower-grade entry into this phase without a visible loss in colour.
  • Conclusion: practically the same knife in hand, in a slightly lower grade.
