★ Paracord Knife | Case Hardened is a survival knife whose blade carries a colour case-hardened finish of gold, blue and purple patches over a steel base. In Factory New the colours stay saturated and the transitions between them look smooth, with no grey steel showing through. This is the grade for a buyer who wants the pattern exactly as it was laid down.

How the skin looks in Factory New

The finish covers the metal of the knife: the blade, the spine with its long cut-out slot and the small guard area. The base of the blade is a pale gold with soft yellow and cream tones, while blue and purple patches gather towards the tip and along parts of the edge, with rusty orange spots near the spine and the base.

The blade shows no scratches, and the colour patches keep their full depth from the base to the tip. The edge and the spine around the slot look as clean as the middle of the blade. In game the gold and blue areas stay bright and easy to tell apart when inspecting. The paracord handle looks the same in every grade.
