Skin overview

The Black Pearl phase is defined by its near-black base and the violet sheen that surfaces only at certain angles, which sets it apart from the brighter Doppler phases. In Minimal Wear that look is essentially unchanged. Any marks are faint and limited to the blade tips and edges, so this grade is a way to own the phase without paying for an untouched surface.

Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

How the skin looks in Minimal Wear

The blades carry the main pattern: a dark marbled finish of black and deep purple with lighter violet and blue veins running towards the tip. The bevels and cutting edges show a brighter polished band that frames the dark marbling.

Minimal Wear covers only a narrow slice at the top of the float range, so the difference from Factory New is small. Light scuffs may appear on the blade tips and along the cutting edges, where the coating thins first. The handles and the main marbled area of the blades stay clean. In game the knife reads the same as a Factory New copy, and the marks are visible only on close inspection.
