Skin overview

This copy of ★ Stiletto Knife | Doppler (Phase 3) keeps the same blue-violet marbling, black streaks and blue-tinted bolsters. Minimal Wear can bring faint marks near the tip and along the edges, but they are hard to spot in hand at normal view. Buyers usually pick this grade to get the look of the phase without paying for a perfect surface.

Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New.

Appearance in Minimal Wear

The long, narrow blade carries the main finish: dark blue and violet marbling with black streaks and occasional lighter silver highlights under a glossy candy coat. The guard and the bolsters at both ends of the handle share the same blue-violet anodized tone.

In Minimal Wear small scuffs can appear at the very tip and along the edge and spine of the blade. Higher in the range these marks become easier to see when the blade is turned during inspection. The bolsters and guard usually still look clean, and the wooden handle is unaffected. In play the knife reads almost the same as a Factory New copy.

Minimal Wear quality — float range 0.07–0.08

The float of ★ StatTrak™ Stiletto Knife | Doppler Phase 3 ranges from 0 to 0.08; the Minimal Wear quality covers 0.07–0.08 — 12% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

StatTrak™ version

This is the StatTrak™ version: the counter on the weapon shows confirmed kills. There is also the regular version without the counter.

What to check before buying

  • Inspect the blade pattern, since the share of bright blue versus dark areas differs between copies of this phase.
  • Check the tip and the cutting edge first, because that is where the coating shows wear.
  • Look at the float position within the wear range, as a low float in Minimal Wear looks close to Factory New.
  • Note whether the copy is StatTrak™, as that adds a kill counter to the item.

Who the Minimal Wear quality suits

  • Players who want the blue-violet look of the phase for everyday use.
  • Buyers looking for a lower entry into this knife and phase.
  • A practical option where the difference from Factory New is barely visible in game.
