Skin overview

Slaughter turns the slim Stiletto Knife blade deep red, with layered stripes that shift in brightness along its length. The skin's range ends low, so even Field-Tested stays mostly red; wear shows as small breaks in the coat near the tip and the edges rather than as large bare areas.

How the skin looks in Field-Tested

The blade is fully covered in red candy coat over a striped base, with darker crimson bands and lighter, almost pink streaks running at an angle along the steel. The bolster with its small curved quillons and the pommel cap carry the same glossy red, so the metal parts read as one piece.

Chips in the coat become noticeable at the tip and along the cutting edge, where the lighter base starts to show through. The raised edges of the bolster quillons and the pommel can lose some colour as well. In game the blade still reads as red with its stripes intact, with the worn spots catching the eye mainly during inspect animations. The central part of the blade keeps most of its coat.
