Skin overview

In Minimal Wear the ★ Ursus Knife | Marble Fade keeps the same bright tri-colour gradient and marbled texture on its faceted blade. Since the finish only exists in a very narrow range above Factory New, any difference is limited to faint marks near the tip and edge. Buyers here get practically the same look in a slightly lower grade.

Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New.

How the skin looks in Minimal Wear

The finish covers only the blade: the tanto tip leans toward pink and red, followed by bands of blue, yellow and red running toward the guard, all overlaid with dark marble veining. The serrated section on the spine near the guard carries the same colours, with the bare steel teeth catching the light.

Minimal Wear can bring faint specks at the very tip and a light dulling along the cutting edge or serrations. The main colour bands and the marble texture across the flat of the blade remain fully intact. In game these marks are practically invisible, and the knife reads the same as a Factory New copy. Close inspection is the only place the difference shows.

Minimal Wear quality — float range 0.07–0.08

The whole float range of ★ StatTrak™ Ursus Knife | Marble Fade is 0–0.08; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.08 segment (12% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

What to check before buying

  • Look at the pattern, since the share of red, blue and yellow on the blade changes from copy to copy.
  • Check the float position within the range if you care about a cleaner tip.
  • Inspect the tip and serrations, as they are the first spots to show marks.
  • Note any name tag, which may raise or lower appeal depending on taste.

Who the Minimal Wear quality suits

  • Players who want the same look in game and do not mind a formally lower grade.
  • Buyers who prioritise a favourite colour layout over a perfect float.
  • Conclusion: nearly identical in play, chosen for pattern rather than condition.
