Appearance
The base is a gold-framed shield with a deep purple field crossed by thin white diagonal stripes. A large faceted purple star in a gold outline sits over it, flanked by gold laurel branches. Above the shield, an arc of small gold stars rises over sunburst rays. A gold ribbon along the bottom carries the inscription OFFICI EXEMPLARE.
