Overview
Charm | Lil' Facelift is a weapon charm of Remarkable rarity. It is a small round figure with a painted skull-like face, a green tuft on top and two short legs.
Charm | Lil' Facelift is a CS2 item of the charm type of the Remarkable grade. It belongs to Dr Boom Charm Collection.
How it looks
The body is a cream-coloured sphere covered with orange and red painted lines that form the features of a face. Large ringed eyes, a triangular nose and a wide row of teeth give it a fixed grin. A green leaf-like crest, a small red-orange spike and a gold ring sit on top next to the grey metal clip. The stubby legs carry the same zigzag pattern as the head.
Where and how it is used
The charm attaches to any weapon you own and hangs from it in first-person view and when inspecting. It can be removed with a Charm Detachment, after which it returns to your inventory.

- Collectors gathering charms with character figures rather than plain shapes
