Overview
Civil Protection Pin is a collectible pin dedicated to Half-Life: Alyx, Valve's VR return to the Half-Life series. It is shaped as the side profile of a Civil Protection mask, which makes it easy to recognise for anyone familiar with the series.
Civil Protection Pin is a collectible for CS2 of the Extraordinary grade. It drops from Half-Life: Alyx Collectible Pins Capsule (on sale since Mar 23, 2020).
Appearance
The mask is outlined in polished gold, with light grey enamel filling the face and helmet sections. A black side panel carries a turquoise dial and a small round detail, and gold rays fan out above it. A dark respirator filter sits at the lower front edge and balances the light upper part of the design.
Where and how it is used
The pin is not used in matches as equipment. Once it is in your inventory, it can be set as a display item and shown on your profile.
Who it suits
- Fans of Half-Life who want a reference to the series on their profile.
- Collectors who gather pins and complete themed sets.
- Players who prefer a clean gold-and-grey look with a single accent of colour.
- A recognisable pin for those who value the Half-Life connection.
