Skin overview

CZ75-Auto | Honey Paisley is a Consumer Grade pistol finish with a gold paisley pattern over a wine-coloured base. In Factory New the paisley lines stay sharp and the deep red has no scuffs, so the textile look reads at its fullest. This is the grade for buyers who want the ornament exactly as painted.

Item type: pistol. Consumer Grade is the lowest tier of the rarity scale: the most common skins, most often used in trade-up contracts.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

Other qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

How the skin looks in Factory New

The sides of the slide, the frame and the long magazine are painted a deep wine red. A dense gold paisley ornament runs along the top of the slide and covers the frame around the trigger guard, giving the pistol a fabric-like look. The barrel, sights, hammer, trigger and slide stop are copper-toned, and the grip panels are a reddish brown with fine checkering. On worn copies the paint goes first on the muzzle, the slide edges, the corners and base of the magazine and the raised parts of the frame, where grey metal shows through the red.

The wine base is even and the gold paisley keeps every fine line. The magazine edges and the muzzle show no visible marks. At normal distance the gun reads as a clean red pistol with a bright gold band on top.

Stickers and crafts

Gold, holo-gold and warm brown stickers match the paisley and the copper details. Dark red or cream accents placed on the slide side keep the vintage textile look without breaking the colour scheme.

What to look at before you buy

  • Check where the float sits within the wear range, since lower values keep the magazine and slide edges cleaner.
  • Look at the magazine base and corners in the inspect view, as they lose paint first.
  • Make sure the gold paisley on top of the slide is intact if the ornament is the reason you are buying.
  • Souvenir copies come with fixed stickers, so check that they fit the red and gold scheme.
