Show allAllSkin overview
Battle-Scarred is the roughest version of Slalom: much of the cream paint is broken up, and bare metal shows on the edges, muzzle and magazine base. The teal stripes remain the strongest colour cue, so the skin is still identifiable in hand. It is the cheapest way to carry this design, with a heavily distressed look.
Item type: pistol. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn.
How the skin looks in Battle-Scarred
The frame and grip are covered in an off-white cream base with grey patches and a fine textured pattern on the grip panels, plus orange spots near the back of the grip. The slide top carries a strip of blue, purple and orange shapes with small white geometric symbols, while the muzzle tip is painted orange.
Large areas of the cream base are broken, with bare metal on the muzzle, slide top, magazine edges and grip edges. The orange smiley badge may be partly scratched. In game the pistol reads as heavily distressed, held together by the teal stripes. Only the flatter central surfaces keep a clear version of the artwork.
Battle-Scarred quality — float range 0.45–0.57
The whole float range of CZ75-Auto | Slalom is 0–0.57; Battle-Scarred takes the 0.45–0.57 segment (21% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Origin of the skin
CZ75-Auto | Slalom belongs to The Graphic Design Collection, which holds 16 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.
What it costs in each quality
Among 8 skins of the CZ75-Auto in the Restricted grade and this quality, this skin ranks 2nd by price, counting from the dearest.
Souvenir version
There is also a the Souvenir version with tournament stickers.
Stickers and crafts
Stickers in teal, orange or white match the artwork and keep the clean, light palette. Placing them on the cream frame area keeps the magazine badge and teal band visible.
What to check before buying
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, because the light cream base shows scuffs earlier than darker finishes.
- Inspect the magazine edges, muzzle and slide top, as these parts lose paint first.
- Look at the orange smiley badge on the magazine to see whether it is intact on worn copies.
- Souvenir copies come with pre-applied stickers, so make sure they fit the look you want.
Who the Battle-Scarred quality suits
- Budget entry for players who just want the skin equipped.
- Fans of a heavily distressed look.
- Conclusion: the cheapest way in, with clear signs of wear.
