Skin overview

Urban DDPAT dresses the Desert Eagle in a grey city camouflage built from square pixels of several shades. In Field-Tested the pattern is still clearly recognisable, while scuffs start to show on the slide edges and the muzzle end. The light wear suits the military theme of the finish rather than spoiling it.

Item type: pistol. Industrial Grade is the second tier from the bottom: common skins from drops and collections.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

How the skin looks in Field-Tested

The slide is covered in irregular pixel blocks of black, mid-grey and off-white, with the factory engraving on its side left readable through the pattern. The frame and the accessory rail under the barrel are darker, with the camouflage blocks running into near-black areas.

Wear becomes visible along the top and edges of the slide and at the muzzle, where the paint is scratched and dark metal shows in thin lines. The light pixel blocks near these areas look slightly dulled. In game the scuffs are noticeable in the first-person view but do not break the pattern. The side of the slide and most of the grip still look tidy.

Field-Tested quality — float range 0.15–0.38

The whole float range of Desert Eagle | Urban DDPAT is 0.06–0.8; Field-Tested takes the 0.15–0.38 segment (31% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Stickers and crafts

The monochrome camouflage works well with black, white, grey or silver stickers that blend into the pixel pattern. A single bright accent in red or yellow on the side of the slide stands out clearly against the neutral background.

What to look at before you buy

  • Look at the exact float within the wear grade, since a low float in Field-Tested or Well-Worn keeps noticeably more of the white pixel blocks.
  • Inspect the slide edges and the muzzle end first, as these are the parts where the camouflage disappears earliest.
  • The pattern position has little effect on this skin, so compare copies by condition rather than by pattern.
  • Souvenir versions exist and may already carry stickers, so check whether they suit the grey palette you want.

Who the Field-Tested quality suits

  • Players who like light scuffs that fit the military theme of the camouflage.
  • A budget-friendly way to put a recognisable finish on a Desert Eagle.
  • Conclusion: a practical everyday option with character.
