FAMAS | Commemoration (Factory New)

Skin overview

FAMAS | Commemoration covers the rifle in a gold finish with engraved details that celebrate Counter-Strike's anniversary. A brown wooden pistol grip and a dark magazine break up the gold, which keeps the look from feeling flat. In Factory New the gold is even and the fine engraving stays sharp from muzzle to stock.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

Other qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

How the skin looks in Factory New

The receiver, carry handle and stock are finished in aged gold with fine engraved lines and darker patina in the recesses. The barrel stays black, while the muzzle device, bipod parts and small fittings are gold to match the body. The pistol grip is brown wood with finger grooves, and the curved magazine is dark steel, giving two strong contrasts against the gold. On worn copies the gold rubs off first on the top of the carry handle, the edges of the receiver and stock, the muzzle and the magazine edges.

The gold is uniform across the receiver, carry handle and stock, with the engraving crisp in every panel. The muzzle and magazine edges show no rubbing. In game the rifle reads as a bright, solid gold shape with a clear wooden grip. Everything looks clean.

What to look at before you buy

• Check where the float sits within the wear range, since the top of the carry handle and the magazine edges show the difference first.
• Look at the muzzle and receiver edges on the inspect screen to see how much darker metal shows through the gold.
• Note any applied stickers or name tag, as they change how the gold panels read.
• Decide whether you want a StatTrak™ copy, since the skin exists in that version too.

• Collectors who want the anniversary gold with every engraved line intact.
• Sticker crafters who need a clean gold base.
• The choice for buyers who want the finish at its best.
