Skin overview

The skin is built around a transparent purple polymer effect over the whole pistol. In Well-Worn that effect is noticeably interrupted: grey patches open up on the slide and frame edges, and the surface looks matte rather than glossy. The pistol reads as purple and worn, which fits players who like a used look.

Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

How the skin looks in Well-Worn

The slide is painted in a pale lavender with a pinkish sheen, lighter on the top surface and slightly bluish along the sides. The frame and accessory rail shift to a cooler blue-violet, while the grip carries darker purple and pink streaks that imitate the inner structure of a translucent plastic.

Scratches move onto the flat sides of the slide and the frame, and larger grey areas open on all edges. The surface looks mostly matte, and the grip streaks lose contrast. In game the purple base is still visible, but the pistol clearly looks used.

Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45

The whole float range of Five-SeveN | Dark Polymer is 0–1; Well-Worn takes the 0.38–0.45 segment (7% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Origin of the skin

Five-SeveN | Dark Polymer belongs to The Dead Hand Collection, which holds 17 skins.

It drops from Sealed Dead Hand Terminal.

What it costs in each quality

Compared with the Well-Worn quality, the others go like this:

Based on the cheapest SkinOut.gg listing of each quality, otherwise on the market reference.

Among 11 skins of the Five-SeveN in the Mil-Spec Grade grade and this quality, this skin ranks 10th by price, counting from the dearest.

StatTrak™ and Souvenir

There is also a the StatTrak™ version: the counter on the weapon tracks kills. Right now it is 2.3× dearer than the regular one. There is also a the Souvenir version with tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Stickers in purple, pink, lavender or holographic tones blend with the polymer look. White or silver stickers placed along the slide keep the soft colour scheme intact.

What to check before buying

  • Check the float position within the wear range, since a low float in a grade keeps more of the gloss.
  • Inspect the muzzle and the front edge of the slide, as they show wear first.
  • Look at the bottom of the grip and the trigger guard on mid and worn grades.
  • Check whether applied stickers or a name tag match the purple colour scheme.

Who the Well-Worn quality suits

  • Players who like a used, matte look on a bright skin.
  • Budget buyers who still want the purple base visible.
  • A choice for those who prefer character over gloss.
