Skin overview

Glock-18 | Synth Leaf in Battle-Scarred keeps the teal and purple leaf palette but shows it through heavy wear on edges and raised parts. Bare metal shows on the muzzle, the top of the slide and around the grip, giving the pistol a rough, used look. It is the most affordable way into this finish.

Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn.

Appearance in Battle-Scarred

The slide is covered in a dense hydrographic layer of teal and dark blue-green leaves with purple veins and shading, with the rear serrations picking up the same print. The frame and trigger guard continue the pattern in slightly lighter teal tones, so the whole pistol reads as one surface.

Large areas of the print are gone from the top of the slide, the muzzle end, the trigger guard and the lower grip, exposing metal underneath. The leaf pattern on the slide sides is broken up by scratches and faded patches. In game the pistol reads as a mottled dark surface with traces of teal and purple. Only the recessed central parts of the frame and grip keep a readable leaf print.

Battle-Scarred quality — float range 0.45–0.7

The whole float range of Glock-18 | Synth Leaf is 0–0.7; Battle-Scarred takes the 0.45–0.7 segment (36% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Stickers and crafts

Stickers in teal, purple, holographic or dark metallic tones blend well with the leaf print. Placing them on the slide side keeps the grip pattern visible, while a single bright sticker can act as an accent against the dark background.

What to look at before you buy

  • Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since a low float in Field-Tested looks much closer to Minimal Wear.
  • Look at the muzzle, the slide edges and the grip base, as these lose the print first.
  • On Souvenir copies, check which stickers are applied and whether they fit the teal and purple palette.
  • Review any name tag or stickers in the inspect view before buying.
