Overview
Gold Operation Riptide Coin is a collectible tied to Operation Riptide. Its in-game description reads simply: Participated in Operation Riptide. The gold shark over crossed blades is its main recognisable feature.
Gold Operation Riptide Coin is a collectible for CS2 of the Extraordinary grade.
Appearance
The coin is finished entirely in a worn, metallic gold. A shark with an open, toothed jaw arcs across a round disc, its tail curling below. Behind it, two knives with serrated spines cross in an X, their handles and points extending past the edge of the disc. The textured surface gives the piece the look of an aged medal.
How it is used
Like other collectibles, the coin is not used in combat. Once equipped, it appears on the player's profile and next to the name in the in-game scoreboard.
Who it suits
- Players who want a visible reminder of Operation Riptide on their profile.
- Collectors of operation coins who are filling out their set.
- Anyone who likes a gold emblem in the scoreboard.
- A quiet way to mark Operation Riptide on a profile.
