Overview
Golden Map Coin is a collectible that commemorates authorship of the CS2 map Golden. It is a gold-toned coin marked with the words CS2 CONTRIBUTOR and the map name, and it carries Extraordinary rarity.
Golden Map Coin is a collectible for CS2 of the Extraordinary grade.
How it looks
The coin has a wide polished gold rim with CS2 CONTRIBUTOR running along the top and GOLDEN along the bottom, with a small star on each side. The centre shows two gold soldier figures set against light rays in pale blue, white and pink. A CS2 logo sits in the lower part of the centre.
Where and how it is used
Like other collectibles, the coin is equipped from the inventory and then shown on the player's profile and next to the name on the in-game scoreboard. It does not affect gameplay and is used only for display.
Who it suits
- Players who want a coin tied to a specific CS2 map rather than a generic badge.
- Collectors of community map coins who are filling out a set of contributor items.
- Anyone who likes a warm gold coin that stands out on the scoreboard.
- A clear choice for those who value map-related collectibles and a bright gold display item.
