John Kask, also known as 'Van Healen', is a highly skilled member of SWAT's tactical defence units and an on-site military paramedic. Furthermore, he is an accomplished guitar player and occasionally plays during operations to energize his fellow team members. He believes that this is as effective as using an AED, which he keeps on standby in case of emergencies.
