Show allAllSkin overview
This is a teal-camouflage M249 whose two-tone scheme becomes rougher as the paint thins. In Well-Worn the tan magazine and rails show clear patches of bare metal, and the stripes on the panel edges begin to break up. The overall teal and tan split is still recognisable in game.
Item type: machinegun. Consumer Grade is the lowest tier of the rarity scale: the most common skins, most often used in trade-up contracts.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred.
How the skin looks in Well-Worn
The handguard, receiver side plates and stock are painted dark teal with tight wavy stripes that follow the shape of each part. The top rail, sights, carry handle area and box magazine are a flat sandy tan, while the barrel stays a dark brownish metal.
The tan magazine shows clear rubbed-through patches along its faces and edges, and the top rail is noticeably scraped. Wear spreads onto the handguard edges and the butt of the stock, where the stripes start to break up. The centres of the teal panels keep most of their pattern, so the colour scheme is still clear in game.

Stickers and crafts
Teal, turquoise and sandy or brown stickers blend naturally with the two-tone scheme. Placing them on the teal side plates keeps the tan zones clean, while a single darker sticker on the magazine adds contrast.
What to check before buying
- Check where the float sits within its wear range, since lower values keep the tan magazine and rails cleaner.
- Look at the box magazine corners and the top rail first, as these parts lose paint before anything else.
- On worn copies inspect the handguard edges and stock butt to see how much of the teal stripe pattern is left.
- Check for applied stickers or a name tag and decide whether they suit your plans for the weapon.
Who should buy Well-Worn
- Budget buyers who still want the two-tone scheme readable in game.
- Fans of a weathered field look on heavy weapons.
- An inexpensive way to get the skin with visible character.
