Skin overview

M4A1-S | Nitro is a restrained rifle finish: a dark grey body with selected parts painted tangerine orange. In Factory New the orange barrel section and small receiver parts look crisp against the matte dark paint, with no chips anywhere. This is the cleanest version of a design that relies on clean colour blocks.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Solid Color: a single colour without a pattern; wear dulls it evenly and rubs it off along the edges.

Appearance in Factory New

The receiver, carry handle, handguard, magazine and stock are painted a matte dark grey close to black. Tangerine orange is applied to the exposed barrel between the handguard and the suppressor, to the buffer tube behind the receiver and to small parts such as the trigger, selector and pins. The suppressor stays dark grey, framing the orange barrel section. On worn copies the paint chips first on the suppressor tip, the handguard ribs, the carry handle and the magazine edges, and the orange barrel loses colour along its length.

Factory New covers only a narrow part of the float range, so copies sit close to the lowest possible float. Paint is intact on every part, including the suppressor tip and handguard ribs. The orange barrel and controls look even and saturated. In game the rifle reads as two clean colour blocks.
