Skin overview

Monkeyflage is a custom painted camouflage of leaves and monkeys in red, tan and green over the boxy MAC-10 body. In Battle-Scarred large areas of paint are gone, and the print survives in fragments on the flatter surfaces. It suits players who like a beaten, salvaged look and want the motif at the lowest grade.

Item type: smg. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

How the skin looks in Battle-Scarred

The receiver is covered in an olive and tan leaf camouflage, with bright red monkey figures and small dark monkey faces placed among the fronds along its sides and top. The magazine continues the print in a darker olive tone with pale yellow fern leaves near its base, and the sling is printed with the same leaves and a large monkey face.

Much of the paint is gone from the top, edges, grip and magazine, leaving wide areas of grey metal. The monkeys survive mainly as fragments on the flat sides of the receiver and on the sling. In game the gun reads as heavily worn metal with traces of olive and red. The pattern is recognisable, but no part looks fully clean.

Battle-Scarred wear: float 0.45–1

The float of MAC-10 | Monkeyflage ranges from 0 to 1; the Battle-Scarred quality covers 0.45–1 — 55% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Which stickers suit it

Red, olive, tan and gold stickers continue the jungle palette and sit naturally on the busy print. Placing them on the side of the receiver near the red monkeys keeps the colours tied together, while bright blue or neon tones tend to clash with the muted base.

What to look at before you buy

  • Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since a low float in a worn grade keeps noticeably more of the monkeys.
  • Look at the pattern placement on the visible side to see whether the red monkeys land on the receiver where they catch the eye.
  • Inspect the top edge of the receiver and the bottom of the magazine, as these parts lose paint first.
  • Note any stickers or name tag and check whether they fit the jungle print before paying extra for them.
