Show allAllSkin overview
Copper Oxide is recognisable by its two-tone scheme rather than any pattern, so its character survives moderate wear well. In Field-Tested, the pale green paint starts to chip at the edges and bare metal shows through, which fits the oxidised-metal theme of the name. The copper accents remain clearly readable and the overall colour split is unchanged.
Item type: shotgun. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Consumer Grade is the lowest tier of the rarity scale: the most common skins, most often used in trade-up contracts.
Solid Color: a single colour without a pattern; wear dulls it evenly and rubs it off along the edges.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.
Appearance in Field-Tested
The receiver and the large front grip housing are painted a pale blue-green with a slight grey cast, while the top rail, a strip along the side and the small round rivets are picked out in copper. The barrel tip and the pistol grip carry the same copper tone, and the vented barrel shroud sits in a darker teal.
Visible chips appear on the muzzle, rail edges, the underside of the foregrip and the magazine base. The flat sides of the receiver are still mostly clean. In game the weapon reads as lightly used, with the colour split fully recognisable. Lower floats in this grade look noticeably tidier than higher ones.
Field-Tested wear: float 0.15–0.38
The whole float range of MAG-7 | Copper Oxide is 0–0.65; Field-Tested takes the 0.15–0.38 segment (35% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Origin of the skin
The skin’s collection is The Boreal Collection with 29 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.
What it costs in each quality

Souvenir version
There is also a the Souvenir version with tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Stickers in copper, gold, teal or muted turquoise blend with the finish, while a single dark or holographic sticker on the pale green receiver side makes a clean accent. Avoid crowding the copper rail, which already works as the main contrast.
What to check before buying
- Check the float position within the wear range, since chipping on the foregrip and rail edges grows noticeably inside a single grade.
- Look at the muzzle, the underside of the foregrip and the magazine base first, as these lose paint earliest.
- Souvenir copies come with stickers already applied, so make sure you like them before buying.
- Check for a name tag or stickers added by a previous owner that may not fit the calm two-tone look.
Who should buy Field-Tested
- Players who want the colour scheme for everyday play at a modest cost.
- Those who like light edge chipping that suits the oxidised-metal theme.
- A practical everyday option.
