Skin overview

MP7 | Skulls is a Mil-Spec Grade SMG finish with a skull-patterned hydrographic over the whole weapon in muted grey and olive tones. The pattern is busy but low in contrast, and a purple magazine adds the one strong colour. In Minimal Wear the skull print stays crisp, so the small details of the motif are easy to make out up close.

Item type: smg. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

How the skin looks in Minimal Wear

The skull hydrographic covers the receiver, the top rail, the foregrip, the pistol grip and the folded stock in one continuous print. The base is a grey-olive tone with darker skull shapes and scattered lighter highlights, which gives the gun a rough, stone-like texture. The barrel tip and the sights stay dark, while the magazine is a solid purple with small pale marks. On worn copies the paint goes first on the edges of the top rail, the front of the receiver, the corners of the stock and the base of the magazine.

Minimal Wear shows only faint scuffs, mostly on the edges of the top rail and the front of the receiver. The skull print on the grip, the foregrip and the stock stays sharp. The purple magazine looks almost untouched, with only small marks near its base. At normal distance in game the gun reads as clean.

Minimal Wear wear: float 0.1–0.15

The float of MP7 | Skulls ranges from 0.1 to 0.26; the Minimal Wear quality covers 0.1–0.15 — 31% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

StatTrak™ and Souvenir

Which stickers suit it

Dark, monochrome or bone-white stickers fit the grim skull theme without fighting the print. Purple or violet accents tie in with the magazine, and placements on the flat side of the receiver keep them readable against the busy pattern.

What to check before buying

  • Check where the float sits within the wear range, since copies near the clean end of each grade show fewer marks on the rail and magazine.
  • Look at the top rail and the front of the receiver, the first places where scratches appear.
  • Inspect the base of the purple magazine, where pale chips stand out most against the colour.
  • Check applied stickers and any name tag, since they change how the busy pattern reads.

Who the Minimal Wear quality suits

  • Players who want a clean-looking MP7 with a dark, themed finish.
  • Collectors who prefer the skull print with sharp detail.
  • Sticker crafters who need a tidy base for dark or purple stickers.
  • The better choice if a clean magazine and rail matter to you.
