Show allAllSkin overview
MP9 | Deadly Poison keeps its idea even when heavily damaged: green slashes, grey angular blocks and the spider on the grip. In Battle-Scarred large areas of paint are gone, especially on the front grip and the protruding parts of the receiver, and the green survives in broken fragments. It is the cheapest way to get the colour scheme, with a deliberately battered look.
Item type: smg. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
Appearance in Battle-Scarred
The receiver is covered in an olive-grey base broken up by darker grey angular panels, with sharp lime-green slashes running along the top, the sides and towards the muzzle, and an MP9 marking in green on the side. The front vertical grip is the brightest part of the gun, painted almost entirely in acid green with dark diagonal stripes.
Most of the paint on the front grip and muzzle is gone, and the receiver edges show heavy wear across the green and grey shapes. The spider on the grip survives only in fragments. The plain magazine and stock look the least affected. In game the green turns into scattered spots on a worn base.
Battle-Scarred wear: float 0.45–1
The whole float range of MP9 | Deadly Poison is 0–1; Battle-Scarred takes the 0.45–1 segment (55% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Origin of the skin
MP9 | Deadly Poison belongs to The Chroma Collection, which holds 14 skins.

StatTrak™ and Souvenir
This skin has a the StatTrak™ version with a kill counter. Right now it is 9% dearer than the regular one. There is also a the Souvenir version with tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Lime, neon green and black stickers continue the poison theme, while holo or foil in green tones match the bright front grip. Placing stickers on the grey receiver panels keeps the lime slashes visible, and spider, insect or toxic motifs fit the artwork.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since the front grip and muzzle show the difference first.
- Inspect the spider on the pistol grip, as it is the detail most buyers notice on worn copies.
- Look at the condition of the lime slashes on the top edges of the receiver.
- Check whether the copy is StatTrak™ or Souvenir and whether it carries stickers or a name tag.
Who the Battle-Scarred quality suits
- Players who want the cheapest entry into this skin.
- Collectors of heavily worn copies who value the battered look.
- Conclusion: an entry option where the damage is part of the appeal.
