Overview
Music Kit | Chipzel, ~Yellow Magic~ is a High Grade music kit by Chipzel, a video game composer known for chiptune. It replaces the game's music with a glitchy mix of hybrid styles inspired by the Speak & Spell. Its bright yellow cover makes it easy to pick out in an inventory.
Music Kit | Chipzel, ~Yellow Magic~ is a CS2 item of the music kit type of the High Grade grade. It drops from Tacticians Music Kit Box (on sale since Jul 20, 2021).
How it looks
According to the description, the music is a playful mashup of hybrid styles with a funky edge. Glitch effects and synthetic, Speak & Spell inspired voice sounds run through it. On the card, the cover is bright yellow with black line drawings of faces, shapes and small creatures, with the CHIPZEL logo in angular lettering across the middle. A black vinyl record with an orange label slides out from the right side.
How it is used
Once equipped, the kit replaces the main menu, round start and end, map objective, ten-second warning and death camera music. It can be heard by the players you are in a match with. When you earn MVP, its anthem plays for everyone in the match.
Who it suits
- Players who like chiptune and electronic music with a light, funky mood.
- Those who want an MVP anthem that stands out from heavier or more cinematic kits.
- Collectors who look for music kits by well-known video game composers.
- A cheerful, recognisable choice for anyone who wants matches to sound less serious.
