Overview
Music Kit | Freaky DNA, Vici is a High Grade music kit that replaces the in-game music with tracks by chiptune specialist Freaky DNA. The kit pairs 8-bit sounds and analogue synths with the voice of soprano Leanne Koch, an unusual mix of opera and electronic music.
Music Kit | Freaky DNA, Vici is a CS2 item of the music kit type of the High Grade grade. The source is Tacticians Music Kit Box (on sale since Jul 20, 2021).
How it looks
According to the description, the music combines chiptune textures, analogue synths and heavy beats with a soprano vocal line. The cover is a bright yellow sleeve with a stylised woman with purple hair buns and a blue top. The letters of Vici and FDNA run down the sides. A black vinyl record with an orange label slides out of the sleeve.
Where and how it is used
Once equipped, the kit replaces the music in the main menu, at round start and end, for map objectives, the ten-second warning and the death camera. Other players in the match can hear it too, and its MVP Anthem plays for everyone when you earn MVP.
Who it suits
- Fans of chiptune and synth-based music who want that sound in every round.
- Players looking for something less predictable than a standard electronic kit, thanks to the opera vocals.
- Collectors who value a memorable cover alongside the music.
- A good pick if you want your MVP moments to sound unlike anyone else's.
