Skin overview

Black & Tan is a calm, earthy camouflage that does not rely on bright colours, which makes small scuffs blend into the pattern. In Field-Tested the light tan areas pick up visible wear along the slide edges and muzzle, while the blotches on the frame and grip still hold their shape. For a camo finish like this the wear looks natural rather than damaged.

Item type: pistol. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

How the skin looks in Field-Tested

The whole pistol is covered in a multicam hydrographic with a light tan base and irregular dark brown and black blotches, plus a few small reddish specks. On the slide the dark patches run along the top and sides, broken up by tan areas around the ejection port and rear serrations.

Wear becomes visible along the slide edges, the muzzle and the front of the slide, where the tan base shows scuffs. Some light scratching may reach the top of the slide. In game the pattern still reads as solid camouflage and the scuffs blend in. The grip and frame blotches stay mostly clean.

Field-Tested wear: float 0.15–0.38

The float of P250 | Black & Tan ranges from 0 to 0.5; the Field-Tested quality covers 0.15–0.38 — 46% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Souvenir version

There is also a the Souvenir version with tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Stickers in brown, olive, black or gold match the earthy multicam. Placing them on the tan areas of the slide gives contrast, while dark stickers on the darker blotches blend into the camouflage.

What to check before buying

  • Check the float position within the wear range, since copies near the clean end of a grade show fewer scuffs on the slide.
  • Look at the slide edges and muzzle first, as these areas wear before the rest of the pistol.
  • Souvenir copies come with preset stickers, so decide whether you want them on the gun.
  • Check any applied stickers or name tag, because they change the look and usually not the value of the skin.

Who should buy Field-Tested

  • Players who want a camo P250 where light scuffs blend into the pattern.
  • Budget-minded buyers looking for a balanced option.
  • Conclusion: the most practical grade for everyday play.
