Show allAllSkin overview
This P250 pairs a muted grey body with a cool blue and cyan design that traces the shape of the slide and frame. At Minimal Wear the look is practically unchanged, and any small marks sit at the front edges where they are hard to spot. It is the sensible grade for a clean-looking copy without paying for the very top of the float range.
Item type: pistol. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Patina: an aged metal surface; wear is part of the design, so the gap between qualities is less visible.
How the skin looks in Minimal Wear
The slide is dark grey to near-black, with a thin cyan line running along its side towards the muzzle. The front of the frame under the slide is covered with a field of blue dots, framed by curved cyan and blue stripes that continue around the trigger guard area.
Light marks may appear on the very tip of the muzzle and the front edge of the slide. The dot pattern, cyan lines and grip panel remain intact. At normal viewing distance in game it is hard to tell apart from Factory New. Copies at the lower end of this range look almost untouched.
Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.15
The whole float range of P250 | Valence is 0–0.8; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.15 segment (10% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Origin of the skin
The skin’s collection is The Chroma 2 Collection with 15 skins in total.
The source is Chroma 2 Case (on sale since Apr 15, 2015).
What it costs in each quality
Compared with the Minimal Wear quality, the others go like this:
- Factory New — 3.2× dearer
- Field-Tested — 1.7× cheaper
- Well-Worn — 1.8× cheaper
- Battle-Scarred — 2× cheaper
Based on the cheapest SkinOut.gg listing of each quality, otherwise on the market reference.
By price this skin is 8th of 17 skins Mil-Spec Grade P250 in this quality (the first being the dearest).
StatTrak™ and Souvenir
This skin has a the StatTrak™ version with a kill counter. Right now it is 2× dearer than the regular one. There is also a the Souvenir version with tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Blue, cyan, silver and white stickers fit the cool palette of this finish, and holo or foil stickers in those tones match the bright accents. Placements on the dark slide stand out well, while stickers kept away from the dot pattern leave the main motif visible.
What to check before buying
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, since the thin cyan lines on the slide react to wear early.
- Look at the muzzle and the front of the frame, which are the first places to lose paint on this finish.
- Inspect the ribbed cyan panel on the grip, as its raised parts fade on more worn copies.
- Note any applied stickers or name tag, since they change the look of the slide and are hard to judge from the preview alone.
Who should buy Minimal Wear
- Players who want a nearly clean look at a more modest cost.
- Sticker crafters for whom tiny marks on the muzzle do not matter.
- A balanced grade between appearance and spending.
