Skin overview

Field-Tested is where the spray paint starts to show its age, with worn spots appearing on the front of the body and around the openings. The brown-and-sand camouflage still reads clearly in game, and the scuffs suit the dusty, field-used character of the pattern.

Item type: smg. Consumer Grade is the lowest tier of the rarity scale: the most common skins, most often used in trade-up contracts.

Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

Appearance in Field-Tested

The whole polymer body of the P90, from the rounded nose to the stock, is painted in a sand tan base with irregular brown streaks running along its length. Up close the paint is built from a fine halftone dot pattern, which gives the camouflage a grainy, printed texture.

Wear spreads across the nose, the top edges and the rims of the openings, showing grey metal in patches. The halftone texture softens in these spots while the flat sides stay mostly intact. In game the camouflage remains clearly readable, with visible scuffing on the front.

Field-Tested wear: float 0.15–0.38

The whole float range of P90 | Desert Halftone is 0–0.65; Field-Tested takes the 0.15–0.38 segment (35% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Origin of the skin

The skin’s collection is The Radiant Collection with 28 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

What it costs in each quality

By price this skin is 6th of 7 skins Consumer Grade P90 in this quality (the first being the dearest).

Souvenir version

There is also a the Souvenir version with tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Stickers in brown, sand, olive or matte black blend well with the desert palette and the dark sights. Placing them on the flat side of the body keeps the halftone streaks around them visible.

What to check before buying

  • Check where the float sits within the wear range, since a low value in a grade means a cleaner nose and edges.
  • Look at the front of the body and the thumbhole rims, as these are the first places the paint chips.
  • Check for applied stickers and a name tag, which can add to the price or not suit your taste.
  • The streak placement varies between copies, so compare screenshots if you want more brown on the visible side.

Who should buy Field-Tested

  • Budget players who want a recognisable desert skin on their SMG.
  • Those who like the dusty, used look that fits this camouflage.
  • Conclusion: a practical everyday option where the pattern still reads well.
