Skin overview

PP-Bizon | Brass is a Mil-Spec Grade SMG skin that dresses the receiver, handguard and grip in an olive-gold brass patina, while the drum magazine and folding stock stay grey steel. In Factory New the brass is even and glossy, with soft darker mottling that reads like aged metal rather than damage. This grade shows the two-tone contrast most clearly.

Item type: smg. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Patina: an aged metal surface; wear is part of the design, so the gap between qualities is less visible.

Other qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

How the skin looks in Factory New

The receiver, dust cover and slotted handguard are finished in a brass patina with an olive-yellow tone and darker mottled shading. The pistol grip and trigger guard share the same brass colour, so the whole front half of the gun reads as one metal piece. The helical drum magazine under the barrel and the folding wire stock stay neutral grey steel, and the muzzle device is dark metal. On worn copies the brass rubs off first on sharp edges, the rims of the handguard slots, the top of the receiver and the grip edges, while the steel drum shows little change.

The brass surface is clean and uniform across the receiver, handguard and grip. The dark mottling is part of the patina design, not wear. Edges and slot rims are crisp, and the steel drum and stock look untouched. In game the gun shows a solid gold-olive body against grey metal.

Souvenir version

There is also a the Souvenir version with tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Gold, brown and black stickers blend with the brass patina, while deep red or dark green add contrast without fighting the metal tone. Placing stickers on the receiver side keeps them on the brass, and the grey drum suits steel-toned or holo stickers.

What to check before buying

  • Look at the float position within the wear range, since the brass edges on the receiver and handguard slots show the difference first.
  • Inspect the grip and the top of the receiver, where scratches on the patina are most noticeable.
  • Check whether the copy is a Souvenir, since the Souvenir and regular versions are listed separately.
  • Check applied stickers and any name tag, as they change how the brass body reads.

Who the Factory New quality suits

  • Collectors who want the cleanest brass and the sharpest contrast with the steel drum.
  • Sticker crafters who need an even gold background.
  • Conclusion: the grade for the full metallic look without compromise.
