Skin overview
R8 Revolver | Grip pairs a dark, pressed-metal body with a rubber grip in a wavy pale blue and white pattern. In Factory New the textured metal keeps its crisp relief and the grip shows sharp, high-contrast swirls. This is the grade for buyers who want the stamped detailing on the barrel and frame exactly as designed.
Item type: pistol. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.
Appearance in Factory New
The barrel shroud, frame and cylinder are finished in dark gunmetal covered with a fine pressed, knurl-like texture, with polished steel showing on the cylinder flutes, hammer and trigger guard. The top rail and the edges of the barrel stay dark and sharp, framing the textured panels. The grip is the main colour accent: pale blue rubber with flowing white and teal veins wrapped around the finger grooves. On worn copies the raised edges of the barrel, the top rail and the cylinder rim lose their dark coating first, and the front of the grip and its finger grooves are the first parts of the rubber pattern to fade.
The dark coating is intact on every part, including the top rail and barrel edges. The pressed texture is crisp and the polished steel parts reflect cleanly. The grip shows full-strength blue and white swirls with no fading. In game the revolver looks sharp and the blue handle stands out clearly against the dark body.
Factory New wear: float 0–0.07
The whole float range of R8 Revolver | Grip is 0–1; Factory New takes the 0–0.07 segment (7% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Among 9 skins of the R8 Revolver in the Mil-Spec Grade grade and this quality, this skin ranks 8th by price, counting from the dearest.
StatTrak™ and Souvenir
There is also a the StatTrak™ version: the counter on the weapon tracks kills. Right now it is 2.2× dearer than the regular one. There is also a the Souvenir version with tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Stickers in blue, teal, white or silver tie in with the grip and the polished steel. Holo or foil stickers in cool tones work well on the dark barrel shroud, while placements on the frame keep the textured metal visible.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, since copies near the cleaner end of a grade show noticeably less scratching on the barrel and rail.
- Inspect the barrel edges, top rail and cylinder rim, which are the first places the dark coating wears through.
- Look at the front of the grip and the finger grooves to see how much of the blue pattern has faded.
- Note any applied stickers or name tag and whether they suit the dark body and blue handle.
Who the Factory New quality suits
- Players who want the cleanest look of the pressed metal and the brightest grip colours.
- Collectors and sticker crafters who need an unmarked base for cool-toned stickers.
- Conclusion: the grade for those who value crisp detail over savings.
