Sawed-Off | Devourer (Well-Worn)

Skin overview

Devourer relies on bold shapes, so the toothy face and the swollen green letters remain recognisable even when the surface is tired. Well-Worn copies show clear scuffing across the barrel, the edges of the receiver and the stock, and the bright colours look slightly dulled. It suits players who want the character of the artwork without paying for a clean finish.

Item type: shotgun. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

Appearance in Well-Worn

The barrel and forend are covered in bulging lime-green letters with dark outlines and yellow vine-like strokes, while a pink-magenta tongue curls through them toward the receiver. The receiver is painted as an orange-red monster head with a row of white fangs along the side and a purple eye ringed in yellow near the rear.

Well-Worn shows wear spreading over the barrel lettering, the edges of the receiver and much of the stock. The bright greens and orange look duller, and patches of paint are missing on raised parts and the muzzle. In game the skin reads as clearly used, though the toothy grin remains recognisable. The middle of the receiver keeps more of its colour than the edges.

Stickers and crafts

Stickers in lime green, hot pink, orange or purple echo the existing palette and blend into the cartoon style. Placing them on the barrel among the green letters keeps the monster face on the receiver uncovered. Holo or cartoon-style stickers suit the hand-painted look better than plain dark ones.

What to check before buying

• Check where the float sits within the wear range, since a low float in a grade keeps the muzzle and forend edges noticeably cleaner.
• Look closely at the white fangs and the muzzle, as these show wear earliest and are visible in first person.
• Decide whether you want a StatTrak™ or Souvenir copy, because both exist for this skin and differ from the regular version.
• Inspect applied stickers and any name tag to make sure they suit the busy, colourful artwork.

Who the Well-Worn quality suits

• Budget buyers who want the recognisable grin at a modest cost.
• Players who like a used look on a cartoon finish.
• A cheaper way in, as long as dulled colours are not a problem.
