Overview
Shanghai 2024 Coin is a commemorative collectible of the Perfect World Shanghai 2024 CS2 Major Championship. It tracks the owner's progress throughout the event and opens full access to the Shanghai 2024 Pick'Em Challenge, coin challenges and Steam.tv chat flairs. The coin can be upgraded by completing its challenges, and every upgrade earns a Souvenir Token.
Shanghai 2024 Coin is a collectible for CS2 of the Extraordinary grade.
How it looks
The coin has a warm bronze tone with a raised rim carrying the words CS2 MAJOR at the top and SHANGHAI 2024 at the bottom. The central field is deep red and framed by a geometric meander border. A detailed dragon head with flowing whiskers and a curving body fills the centre. Laurel branches and small stars sit on both sides of the rim.
How it is used
The coin is kept in the inventory and can be equipped as a collectible, so it is displayed next to the player's name on the scoreboard and in the profile. For the duration of the event it gives unlimited team graffiti and access to Pick'Em and coin challenges, and completing those challenges upgrades the coin.
Who it suits
- Players who followed the Shanghai Major and want a lasting reminder of the event in their inventory.
- Collectors of tournament coins who keep items from each Major.
- Anyone who likes the dragon motif and wants a noticeable collectible on the scoreboard.
- A quiet but recognisable keepsake for those who value the history of CS2 tournaments.
