Overview
Shelter Map Coin is a collectible that commemorates authorship of the CS2 map Shelter. It belongs to the coins given for work on community maps, and its Extraordinary rarity sets it apart from ordinary display items. The coin is easy to recognise by the words CS2 Contributor and the map name on its rim.
Shelter Map Coin is a CS2 item of the collectible type of the Extraordinary grade.
Appearance
The coin has a wide polished gold rim with CS2 Contributor along the top and Shelter along the bottom. Two small compass stars sit on either side of the rim. In the centre, two gold silhouettes of armed operators in goggles stand against a sunburst of pale blue and pink rays, with the CS2 logo below them.
How it is used
Like other collectibles, the coin is equipped as a display item from the inventory. It then appears next to the player's name on the scoreboard and is shown on the player's profile.
Who it suits
- Collectors of map coins and other rare display items.
- Players who know and like the Shelter map and want a reminder of it in their inventory.
- Those who want a noticeable gold badge on the scoreboard rather than a common pin.
