Souvenir AK-47 | Aphrodite (Minimal Wear)

Skin overview

This wear keeps the full contrast between the olive metal and the pale pearl parts. Small marks may sit on the outer edges, but from the player's view the rifle reads as clean. It is the practical choice for anyone who wants the near-new look of Aphrodite without paying for the top grade.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

Appearance in Minimal Wear

The receiver and dust cover are painted in an olive metallic tone with a thin reddish line running along the side, and the front sight is finished in the same olive. The barrel and gas tube are a dark reddish-brown metallic.

Tiny marks may appear on the sharpest edges of the receiver and on the corners of the stock. The pearl panels keep almost all of their sheen, and the magazine ribs stay intact. At normal distance in game the difference from Factory New is hard to see. The barrel and grip look untouched.

Minimal Wear quality — float range 0.07–0.15

The whole float range of Souvenir AK-47 | Aphrodite is 0–1; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.15 segment (8% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Origin of the skin

Souvenir AK-47 | Aphrodite belongs to Limited Edition Item, which holds 4 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

What it costs in each quality

Among 20 skins of the AK-47 in the Covert grade and this quality, this skin is the most affordable.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Stickers in gold, copper, soft pink or muted olive tones blend with the finish without breaking its calm palette. The olive receiver side is the natural place for a row of stickers, where they contrast with the pale furniture. Holographic or pearl-like stickers echo the mother-of-pearl theme well.

What to check before buying

• Check where the float sits within the wear range, as lower values keep the receiver edges and pearl corners cleaner.
• Look at the stock corners and magazine ribs on the inspect view, since the pearl wears there first.
• Souvenir copies come with stickers already applied, so check whether they suit the pale palette.
• If the rifle has a name tag, make sure you are happy with it before buying.

Who the Minimal Wear quality suits

• Players who want a near-new look without paying for the top grade.
• Sticker crafters, since small edge marks are hidden in normal play.
• A balanced choice between appearance and cost.
